RFP: Transmit Construction Documents to Subcontractors.

  • Develop/include RFP's for subs and for prefab install (shipping/offloading/installing), and include HCA EDI requirements.

Final Scope coordination between onsite trades and manufactured component install.

  • Conventional submittal review process between Contractor, Subcontractor, Architect, and Engineer to confirm the onsite MEP and framing systems scopes are accurately covered and installed to match the manufactured units.

Integrate information in BIM.

  • Integrate design models, vendor models (ex. BLOX, Eggrock, Neopod, Baker, etc.), early sub models, site investigation data.

  • Utilize BIM Model and overall logistics (refer to Manufacture logistics section) for project specific plan.

Buy out trades.

  • Buy out trades with the sequence planned and confirmed in order to minimize unknowns and changes later.

Develop project specific plan.

  • GC builds into schedule the specific plan and sequencing of scopes in an effort to maximize productivity and work flow with minimal constraints.

Develop delivery plan.

  • Create detailed delivery plan with vendors.

Schedule changes?

  • If schedule changes are required, then update the schedule and add sequencing as needed with new data as it develops.

Affix State insignia labels to units.

  • When factory inspections are completed, and prior to wrapping/prepping for transport, obtain state-issued insignia labels and affix to each unit.
